The youths received trainings aimed at building their capacity in the agricultural sector, especially cashewnut cultivation, so that they can be more efficient in the production and management of the crop.

In the training, they have been taught the best methods of cashew cultivation, to build their ability to know their responsibilities in the cashew Industry to ensure that they are effective in their work and also contribute to the development of the nation.

These agricultural specialists will be responsible for providing agricultural services to farmers, including providing trainings in modern farming methods to increase productivity in the production.

The implementation of the BBT program in the cashew crops in Tanzania is expected to contribute significantly to improving the income of farmers and the nation at large.
