CBT EMPLOYEES REMINDED TO UPDATE THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES IN PEPMIS

The Director General of the Cashewnut Board of Tanzania (CBT), Mr. Francis Alfred, has urged all employees of an institution to work diligently, including remembering to update their responsibilities in the Public Employee Performance Management Information System (PEPMIS) to qualify for promotions.

Additionally, he encouraged staff members to respect one another and adhere to professional conducts, both inside and outside the office. Mr. Alfred made these remarks during a staff meeting held on July 10, 2025, at the CBT headquarters conference hall in Mtwara Mikindani Municipality, Mtwara Region.

The meeting, which was followed by a workers’ council session, brought together all CBT employees based at the Mtwara Headquarters and those from branch offices across the country, including Dar es Salaam, Mbeya, Katavi, Tunduru, Morogoro, Manyoni, Lindi, Dodoma and Tanga.
