The Deputy Minister of Agriculture Hon. David Silinde accompanied by Dr. Hussein Omary, Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture (Crop Development and Food Security) along with other experts of the Ministry of Agriculture have participated in the 29th Meeting of the Member States of the United Nations Convention on Climate Change (COP29) held in the city of Baku, in Azerbaijan.
In the meeting, the Ministry participated in discussions with the representative of the Green Climate Fund and discussed various issues, including how to submit joint priority projects to the fund for the year 2025.
